You are not alone. I understand well the challenges you are facing. It seems like the threat to your health is growing as the years keep adding up. And you recognize the need to take better care of yourself. Especially since you’ve witnessed the health of family members and friends decline for similar reasons.

You don’t have to tolerate the same. My personal struggles figuring out what “healthy” means to me, together with research and a mutually respectful relationship with my healthcare team, plus quite a bit of trial and error, led me to find solutions for helping women, just like you, feel better about achieving what it means to be healthy.

If you are struggling, as are many Black women in this country, with the unfair burden of disease, the disparities in healthcare and the frustration of being dismissed and feeling unheard, together with dismal health outcomes for us reported daily on most news outlets. In this 8-module program, you will get all the information you need to make smart decisions about your health from navigating the supermarket like a skilled nutritionist to negotiating the best plan for your personal wellness with your healthcare providers, plus a detailed plan to support you along the way.
